When I took ownership of the website in August 2025, its presence on Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) was virtually nonexistent. The site lacked foundational domain authority, suffered from technical bottlenecks, and wasn't effectively structured to rank for competitive local hospitality keywords.
My strategy centered on a high-scale SEO overhaul—combining aggressive technical optimizations, targeted authority building, and a localized content architecture—to transform the website into an organic booking engine.

- Surgical On-Page Optimization: Executed meticulous, targeted on-page SEO across the homepage and each dedicated chalet landing page. This precision structuring successfully secured absolute top positions for competitive, high-intent "money terms" on the SERPs.
- Advanced CRO & Platform Customization: Bypassed native Salla platform limitations by injecting custom JavaScript to implement strategic, above-the-fold Call-to-Action (CTA) banners. Additionally, I integrated direct WhatsApp API functionality into contact buttons, which the native builder restricted.
- Trust Signals & Booking Conversion: Developed custom HTML blocks to dynamically display Google reviews directly on the site. Combined with the JavaScript UX enhancements, these technical additions drastically shifted the overall Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), increasing dwell time and driving a significant spike in direct booking rates.
- Authority & Trust Building: Engineered a targeted off-page strategy that successfully elevated the site's Domain Authority (DA) from 0 to 22 and its Majestic Trust Flow from 0 to 25 within a compressed timeframe.
- Technical SEO & Speed Optimization: Conducted a comprehensive media audit, converting and compressing all site assets to next-gen WebP formats to reduce page load times and enhance the mobile user experience.
The Outcome
The strategic implementation yielded massive year-over-year (YoY) growth, establishing Riyadh View Resorts as a dominant organic player in their local market.
SERP Dominance: Secured the absolute top position (#1) for 2 out of the resort's 4 main chalets. The remaining 2 chalets were successfully pushed onto Page 1, holding strong at the #5 position for key commercial queries.
Explosive Traffic Growth: Over a 3-month YoY comparison, organic clicks from the primary Saudi Arabian market skyrocketed from 173 to 842—a 386% increase.
Impression Surge: Overall search impressions in the target region quadrupled, growing from roughly 11,600 to over 48,400.
Mobile Acquisition: Capitalized on the mobile-heavy hospitality search intent, driving a nearly 5x increase in mobile search clicks (from 167 to 789) compared to the previous year.
